Get the companion app
Pantry has an app for Android, iOS, Wear OS and the desktop. It is a companion to the Pantry app running on your Nextcloud — the same checklists, photo board and notes, in your pocket and offline.
Requires Android 8.0 or newer.
- Google Play — the recommended path; updates arrive automatically.
- F-Droid — for a fully open-source distribution.
- APK (v0.37.0) — download and sideload directly:
- pantry-0.37.0-arm64-v8a.apk (arm64-v8a — most phones since 2017)
- pantry-0.37.0-armeabi-v7a.apk (armeabi-v7a — older 32-bit devices)
- pantry-0.37.0-x86_64.apk (x86_64 — emulators & x86 tablets)
Install from the App Store.
Requires Wear OS 3.0 or newer. The watch app carries your checklists, photo board, notes and shopping trips, plus a tile for your lists and a live trip on the watch face.
- Google Play — the same listing as the phone app, so Play offers it on the watch once the phone app is installed.
- APK (v0.37.0) — download and sideload directly:
- pantry-0.37.0-wear-armeabi-v7a.apk (armeabi-v7a — most watches)
- pantry-0.37.0-wear-arm64-v8a.apk (arm64-v8a — 64-bit watches)
- pantry-0.37.0-wear-x86_64.apk (x86_64 — emulators)
Nothing is typed on the watch. Open Pantry on it and tap Open on phone: the phone app comes up with the request, and allowing it signs the watch in. Sign in with QR draws a code you scan with any phone’s camera instead, which needs no phone app at all — this is the path to use on the F-Droid build, where the transport watch pairing needs is unavailable.
